the bengals were denied by the league because they wouldnt pay rogers the million dollar roster bonus he was due that day...the browns were. it was another example of bengals ownership not willing to put the money out there when needed.really dont think goodell has it in for the bengals, but thats me.

actually.... the trade for Robertson also fucked.I do believe that NFL has it out for Cincy and wants to make love to the Patriots, but for none of the reasons mentioned above. That is purely incompetence by the understaffed Bengals.

Well, hopefully the Dwayne Robertson thing should lessen the sting somewhat... as long as the Bengals don't ef up the language or the NFL undermines them again.

I'm a frustrated Lions fan. This trade being nixed means the Bengals save money by not having to buy extra oxygen tanks (while Rogers is out of the game on 3rd and 2), Wendy's Baconators, and cab rides from strip clubs (allegedly).

I can understand the frustration, but you should thank the league for saving you. Rodgers is the most inconsistent defensive lineman ever to play in the NFL. It's totally bizarre how he goes to both polar ends of the quality spectrum.
